QBR pack

Builds a quarterly business review deck for an account from usage data, support history, goal progress, and roadmap items in Computer, in the org's QBR template. Use when the user mentions QBR, EBR, business review, renewal prep meeting, or asks to "build the deck for the Acme review."

A QBR deck is three hours of copy-paste pretending to be strategy. The data — usage trend, tickets resolved, value delivered against the goals from the last review — is already in Computer. This skill assembles the evidence so the CSM spends their time on the one slide that matters: what we do next together.

When to run

  • "Build the QBR for Northwind" / a scheduled business review approaches
  • Renewal-minus-90 checkpoint, using the same evidence base

Computer scopes

  • CRM: account, subscription, renewal date, prior QBR notes and stated goals
  • Product usage: adoption and trend data synced into Computer
  • Support: volume, severity mix, resolution times, notable saves
  • Docs: the org's QBR template (structure source of truth)

Workflow

  1. Pull the prior review's stated goals first — the deck's spine is progress against *their* goals, not our feature list.
  2. Assemble evidence per goal: usage trends, support outcomes, launched roadmap items, with deltas vs. last quarter and citations.
  3. Compute the health snapshot: adoption trajectory, support friction, engagement breadth. Flag honestly — a QBR that hides the red is a renewal risk, not a courtesy.
  4. Draft forward-looking slides as proposals: next-quarter goals, expansion candidates grounded in usage patterns, open asks of us and of them.
  5. Render into the org template; keep every number traceable to its source on hover/notes.
  6. Hand to the CSM for edit and approval — the narrative is theirs, the evidence is Computer's.

Guardrails

  • Autonomy: L1. Draft deck for human review; never sends to the customer.
  • No metric appears without a source; no green-washing — health flags are rule-derived, not vibes.

Output

A deck in the org QBR template: goals recap → progress evidence → health snapshot → proposed next-quarter plan → asks. Plus a one-paragraph exec summary for the account team channel.

Eval fixtures

  • Set: 15 sandbox accounts with seeded usage/support data and prior-quarter goals of known status.
  • Rubric: every prior goal addressed, numeric accuracy vs. seeded data, health flags match rule-derived truth, template structure fidelity.
  • Ship gate: numeric error rate 0; goal coverage 100%.

Run qbr pack on your own data.
