Call prep
Assembles a complete pre-meeting brief for an upcoming external call by pulling account history, open opportunities, recent email threads, support tickets, meeting notes, and attendee context from Computer. Use whenever the user asks to prep for a call, demo, or customer meeting, mentions an upcoming conversation with an account, or asks "what do I need to know about X before we talk" — even if they don't say the word "prep."
When to run
- "Prep me for my 2pm with Acme" / "what's the latest on this account before my call"
- A calendar event with external attendees is coming up and the user asks about it
- Before demos, renewals, escalation calls, or exec syncs
Computer scopes
- CRM: account, contacts, open and historical opportunities
- Email + calendar: threads with attendee domains, the event itself
- Support: tickets for the account (last 12 months)
- Docs and notes: meeting notes, mutual action plans, proposals
Workflow
- Resolve the meeting: identify the account, attendees, and meeting purpose from the calendar event and any user hints. If the account is ambiguous, ask — never guess between two accounts.
- Pull the record set from the scopes above. Restrict to this account; respect user permissions.
- Build the relationship timeline: last five meaningful touches with dates, channel, and outcome.
- Profile each external attendee: role, prior interactions, stated priorities, open asks.
- Surface friction: open tickets, unanswered emails, slipped commitments, pricing objections.
- State the meeting objective and recommend 3 talking points and 2 questions worth asking.
- Cite every factual claim with a link to its Computer record. No citation, no claim.
Guardrails
- Autonomy: L0. Read-only. This skill never emails anyone, never updates the CRM.
- Never include data from accounts the requesting user cannot access.
- Mark anything older than 6 months as dated so stale context doesn't masquerade as current.
Output
A single brief, in this order: header (account, meeting, attendees) → one-paragraph situation summary → timeline → attendee profiles → open friction → objective + talking points + questions. Every section scannable in under 2 minutes total. Deliver in chat; offer doc export.Eval fixtures
- Set: 40 historical meetings with hand-written gold briefs from synced sandbox data.
- Rubric: coverage (attendees, last touches, open friction all present), grounding (every claim cited to a real record), zero hallucinated commitments or invented attendees, 2-minute readability.
- Ship gate: median rubric ≥ 4.5/5; hallucination rate 0 across the set.

CRM hygiene audit
Sweeps the CRM for hygiene problems — stale stages, past-due close dates, missing amounts or next steps, orphaned contacts, duplicate accounts — and drafts the corrections as a one-click approval queue. Use when the user mentions CRM cleanup, dirty data, data hygiene, stuck deals, "our pipeline is a mess," or before board reporting and forecast season.

Deal health
Scores open sales opportunities on risk and momentum using activity recency, stakeholder engagement, stage velocity, and support signals from Computer, with cited evidence for every flag. Use when the user asks which deals are at risk, whether a specific opportunity is healthy, what's stalling in the pipeline, or wants deal risk scoring — including vague asks like "how's the Meridian deal looking."

Pipeline review brief
Builds the weekly pipeline review narrative from live CRM state — movement since last review, new deals, slips, commit risks, and coverage math — with citations. Use when the user asks to prep the forecast call, wants to know what changed in the pipeline this week, mentions pipeline review, weekly sales meeting, or asks "where's the quarter."
