CRM hygiene audit

Sweeps the CRM for hygiene problems — stale stages, past-due close dates, missing amounts or next steps, orphaned contacts, duplicate accounts — and drafts the corrections as a one-click approval queue. Use when the user mentions CRM cleanup, dirty data, data hygiene, stuck deals, "our pipeline is a mess," or before board reporting and forecast season.

Every CRM decays; discipline is a losing strategy against entropy. The fix isn't nagging reps — it's making cleanup cheaper than the mess. This skill finds the rot and stages the repairs so a human approves in minutes what used to be a quarter-end fire drill.

When to run

  • "Clean up the CRM" / "find stale deals" / "why is the forecast off"
  • Recurring: monthly, and always two weeks before quarter close

Computer scopes

  • CRM: accounts, contacts, opportunities with field history (read + staged write)
  • Email + calendar: activity evidence used to judge staleness

Workflow

  1. Run the rule set: opportunities past close date and still open; stage age > 2x pipeline median; missing amount, owner, or next step; contacts with no account; likely duplicate accounts (domain + name similarity); activity logged in email but absent from the record.
  2. For each finding, draft the specific correction: the new close date implied by the latest thread, the dedupe merge candidate, the "closed-lost, no response 90d" recommendation. Every draft cites the evidence that justifies it.
  3. Group drafts into an approval queue by owner and by fix type. Never bury a merge inside a batch of date fixes — destructive-adjacent operations get their own section.
  4. On approval, apply changes and write an audit log entry per field touched.
  5. Produce the trend line: hygiene score vs. last run, so the team sees decay or progress.

Guardrails

  • Autonomy: L1. Every write is drafted, none applied without explicit approval. Merges and deletions require item-level approval — no bulk-approve for destructive operations.
  • Full rollback: keep prior values in the audit log; offer one-click revert for 30 days.

Output

Approval queue grouped by fix type with evidence links and expected impact, plus a one-paragraph hygiene summary and score trend. After approval: applied-changes receipt.

Eval fixtures

  • Set: sandbox CRM seeded with 200 known defects across all rule types plus 300 clean records.
  • Rubric: defect recall and precision per rule; zero incorrect merge proposals on clean pairs; every draft carries evidence.
  • Ship gate: recall ≥ 0.9, precision ≥ 0.95 overall; merge false-positive rate 0.

Call prep

Assembles a complete pre-meeting brief for an upcoming external call by pulling account history, open opportunities, recent email threads, support tickets, meeting notes, and attendee context from Computer. Use whenever the user asks to prep for a call, demo, or customer meeting, mentions an upcoming conversation with an account, or asks "what do I need to know about X before we talk" — even if they don't say the word "prep."

Sales & RevOps · L0

Deal health

Scores open sales opportunities on risk and momentum using activity recency, stakeholder engagement, stage velocity, and support signals from Computer, with cited evidence for every flag. Use when the user asks which deals are at risk, whether a specific opportunity is healthy, what's stalling in the pipeline, or wants deal risk scoring — including vague asks like "how's the Meridian deal looking."

Pipeline review brief

Builds the weekly pipeline review narrative from live CRM state — movement since last review, new deals, slips, commit risks, and coverage math — with citations. Use when the user asks to prep the forecast call, wants to know what changed in the pipeline this week, mentions pipeline review, weekly sales meeting, or asks "where's the quarter."

RFP & security questionnaire drafter

Drafts answers to RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires by retrieving from the knowledge base, past approved responses, compliance documentation, and policy docs in Computer, with per-answer source citations and confidence flags. Use when the user uploads or mentions an RFP, security review, vendor assessment, SIG, CAIQ, or due-diligence questionnaire, or asks to "answer this questionnaire."
