Pipeline review brief

Builds the weekly pipeline review narrative from live CRM state — movement since last review, new deals, slips, commit risks, and coverage math — with citations. Use when the user asks to prep the forecast call, wants to know what changed in the pipeline this week, mentions pipeline review, weekly sales meeting, or asks "where's the quarter."

Forecast calls shouldn't be archaeology. Managers spend Sunday night reconstructing what moved; the answer was in the system the whole time. This skill writes the narrative — what changed, what slipped, what's real — so the meeting starts at the decision, not the excavation.

When to run

  • "Prep the Monday pipeline review" / "what moved this week" / "where's the quarter"
  • Recurring: schedule weekly, one hour before the forecast call

Computer scopes

  • CRM: opportunities with full field history (stage, amount, close date changes)
  • Calendar + email: activity signals backing the movement story
  • Prior briefs stored by this skill, for week-over-week continuity

Workflow

  1. Establish the window: since the last brief this skill produced, else trailing 7 days.
  2. Compute the delta ledger: created, advanced, slipped (close-date pushes), shrunk/grown (amount changes), closed-won, closed-lost. Cite the field-history entry for each.
  3. Do the coverage math: open pipeline vs. remaining quota by segment; flag coverage under 3x.
  4. Pull commit risks: cross-check deals committed this period against deal-health signals if that skill is installed; otherwise use activity recency alone and say so.
  5. Write the narrative: five sentences max up top — the quarter in plain language — then the ledger, then risks, then the three decisions this meeting should actually make.
  6. Store this brief in Computer so next week's run has a baseline.

Guardrails

  • Autonomy: L0. Never modifies opportunities; never messages the team on its own.
  • Report slips neutrally with owner and stated reason if logged — this is a mirror, not a whip.

Output

One page: headline paragraph → delta ledger table → coverage by segment → commit risk list with evidence → "decisions for this meeting." Deliver in chat with doc export for the meeting invite.

Eval fixtures

  • Set: 12 weekly sandbox snapshots with known ground-truth deltas seeded in.
  • Rubric: delta ledger completeness vs. seeded changes (precision and recall), coverage math exact, narrative ≤ 5 sentences, every ledger row cites field history.
  • Ship gate: ledger recall ≥ 0.95, precision ≥ 0.95; math errors 0.

CRM hygiene audit

Sweeps the CRM for hygiene problems — stale stages, past-due close dates, missing amounts or next steps, orphaned contacts, duplicate accounts — and drafts the corrections as a one-click approval queue. Use when the user mentions CRM cleanup, dirty data, data hygiene, stuck deals, "our pipeline is a mess," or before board reporting and forecast season.

Call prep

Assembles a complete pre-meeting brief for an upcoming external call by pulling account history, open opportunities, recent email threads, support tickets, meeting notes, and attendee context from Computer. Use whenever the user asks to prep for a call, demo, or customer meeting, mentions an upcoming conversation with an account, or asks "what do I need to know about X before we talk" — even if they don't say the word "prep."

Deal health

Scores open sales opportunities on risk and momentum using activity recency, stakeholder engagement, stage velocity, and support signals from Computer, with cited evidence for every flag. Use when the user asks which deals are at risk, whether a specific opportunity is healthy, what's stalling in the pipeline, or wants deal risk scoring — including vague asks like "how's the Meridian deal looking."

RFP & security questionnaire drafter

Drafts answers to RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires by retrieving from the knowledge base, past approved responses, compliance documentation, and policy docs in Computer, with per-answer source citations and confidence flags. Use when the user uploads or mentions an RFP, security review, vendor assessment, SIG, CAIQ, or due-diligence questionnaire, or asks to "answer this questionnaire."
