Deal health
Scores open sales opportunities on risk and momentum using activity recency, stakeholder engagement, stage velocity, and support signals from Computer, with cited evidence for every flag. Use when the user asks which deals are at risk, whether a specific opportunity is healthy, what's stalling in the pipeline, or wants deal risk scoring — including vague asks like "how's the Meridian deal looking."
When to run
- "Which deals are at risk this quarter" / "score my pipeline" / "is the Northwind deal healthy"
- Before forecast calls, at stage-gate reviews, when a close date slips
Computer scopes
- CRM: opportunities, stages, amounts, close dates, contact roles
- Email + calendar: thread recency and meeting cadence per opportunity
- Support: open tickets tied to the account
- Notes: call summaries mentioning the opportunity
Workflow
- Select scope: one opportunity, one owner's book, or the full open pipeline as asked.
- For each opportunity compute the signal set: days since last inbound reply, meeting cadence trend, stakeholder breadth (single-threaded?), stage age vs. this pipeline's historical median, open support friction, and champion activity.
- Score 0–100 with a band (healthy / watch / at-risk). Weightings live in this skill's references file; do not improvise new signals silently.
- For every flag, attach the evidence: the specific thread, the missed meeting, the aging stage.
- Rank output by risk-weighted amount, not raw score — a shaky $400K deal outranks a shaky $4K one.
- Recommend one concrete next action per at-risk deal (reengage champion, multi-thread, requalify).
Guardrails
- Autonomy: L0. Scores and evidence only; never edits the opportunity or emails anyone.
- Label the score as model-derived guidance, not ground truth; show the signal breakdown on request.
- Single-account users see only their permitted book.
Output
Ranked table (deal, amount, score, band, top flag) followed by per-deal evidence blocks with citations and one recommended action each. Chat-first; offer sheet export for full-pipeline runs.Eval fixtures
- Set: 120 closed opportunities (60 won / 60 lost) scored as-of 30 days pre-close, blind.
- Rubric: AUC of risk band vs. actual outcome; every flag citation resolves to a real record.
- Ship gate: AUC ≥ 0.75; citation resolution 100%; no flag without evidence.

CRM hygiene audit
Sweeps the CRM for hygiene problems — stale stages, past-due close dates, missing amounts or next steps, orphaned contacts, duplicate accounts — and drafts the corrections as a one-click approval queue. Use when the user mentions CRM cleanup, dirty data, data hygiene, stuck deals, "our pipeline is a mess," or before board reporting and forecast season.

Call prep
Assembles a complete pre-meeting brief for an upcoming external call by pulling account history, open opportunities, recent email threads, support tickets, meeting notes, and attendee context from Computer. Use whenever the user asks to prep for a call, demo, or customer meeting, mentions an upcoming conversation with an account, or asks "what do I need to know about X before we talk" — even if they don't say the word "prep."

Pipeline review brief
Builds the weekly pipeline review narrative from live CRM state — movement since last review, new deals, slips, commit risks, and coverage math — with citations. Use when the user asks to prep the forecast call, wants to know what changed in the pipeline this week, mentions pipeline review, weekly sales meeting, or asks "where's the quarter."
